• You can submit a return request through the order history in your account.
  • You can make a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • After submitting the return request, you have an additional 14 days to return the item. To do so, please send an email to us with your invoice attached.
  • Providing a "reason for return" is not mandatory, but we recommend doing so to avoid unnecessary returns.
  • If you want to return products without submitting a request first, you can do so within 14 days of receiving them. However, processing your return may take longer. Always include a statement indicating your intention to withdraw from the purchase.
  • The return shipment should be sent as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the return request has been approved.
  • The item must be unused and undamaged. If the product is used or damaged, Cartridge Keizer may apply a reduction in value, which can be up to 100%.
  • Please note: you may inspect a product as you would in a physical store, but breaking a seal, vacuum packaging, or light-/dust-proof packaging is unnecessary and will result in a 100% reduction in value.
  • If a product or return shipment is damaged, Cartridge Keizer may also apply a reduction in value.
  • Do not write on or attach stickers or tape to the original packaging.
  • Pack the return items in a box to prevent damage during transport. Try to pack all items in one box and return them in an environmentally friendly way to the parcel point.
  • The return shipment must be adequately stamped; the consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • The consumer assumes the risk for the return shipment. We recommend sending the package with tracking and keeping the receipt, so you can file a claim with your carrier in case of loss.
  • The refund will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the cancellation of the agreement.
  • If the entire order is returned, we will refund the original invoice, including shipping costs.
